After reviewing your statements, we'll provide a comprehensive report before proceeding with any negotiations.

Our initial analysis is typically completed within 2-3 business days after receiving your processing statements. The negotiation process usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on your processor's responsiveness. Implementation of new rates and fees most often begin on the next billing cycle, but in some cases we are able to get them backdated by several months - securing large refunds.

In most cases, no. We negotiate with your existing processor to secure better rates without requiring you to switch providers or replace equipment. Only if your current processor is unwilling to negotiate or we identify significant savings opportunities with another processor would we recommend a change, and even then, we guide you through the entire transition process.

Although it's rare, there are times when a processor is unwilling to negotiate. In these cases, we will work with you to identify alternative processors that can provide better rates and terms while minimizing any disruptions to your operations.

We'll need a recent processing statement that represtents a typical month of sales and some basic information about your business. All information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of optimizing your processing costs.

There are no upfront costs - we only get paid after you start saving money. If we don't save you money, you owe us nothing. If we do save you money, we split a portion of the savings with you for a predetermined period of time (20 to 40% depending on your volume); we call this the "savings share" period. If you wish to continue with our Statement Monitoring service after the savings share period, we will discuss the options available at that time.
